Data Storage, Billing & Account Policy
- • Active subscription: All event data securely stored and accessible at all times. Billing occurs on your subscription anniversary.
- • After cancellation: Data retained for 3 days only, then permanently deleted. Export before cancelling.
- • Event credits: One credit activates one competition. An activated event can't be reset, renamed into a new competition, or reused — each additional competition needs its own credit.
- • Single-event access window: A one-off purchase keeps that event live for 60 days after Go Live. Extend a week at a time for $9, or subscribe monthly to remove the window entirely.
- • Payments: All payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
- • Refunds: Charges are non-refundable once an event has gone live. Contact us before going live if you need help.

What does one event credit include?
Exactly one competition: unlimited teams, unlimited judges, real-time scoring, live leaderboards, and score exports. Setup is free — the credit is consumed when you hit Go Live, and that event can only be activated once.
Can I reuse one credit for my next event by renaming it?
No. Activation is permanent and tied to that event record, so renaming or re-running it won't start a new competition. Each cook-off needs its own event and its own credit.
What happens after the 60 days?
The event goes read-only: judges can't join and scoring stops, but your results are still there. Extend it a week at a time for $9, or move to the $39/mo plan, where events and their data stay open for as long as you're subscribed.
Do I need an account before paying?
No. You can pay first, then sign in with the same email you used at checkout — your credit appears immediately. Or sign in first and your purchase links automatically.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed on a hosted, PCI-compliant checkout page. Your card details never touch our servers.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription ends at the current billing period. Event data is retained for 3 days after cancellation — export before canceling. You can resubscribe anytime.
Do judges need to pay?
No. Judges join free with your event code — they just scan a QR code or enter the code on any phone or tablet.
